Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped same day if received before 3pm ET. All orders will be shipped overnight unless the customer specifies a different shipping option. Additional shipping methods include 2nd Day and Ground options via FedEx or UPS, with FOB Origin, Freight Collect terms.

Payment Policy

Payments are due within 30 days or per the terms of an executed Purchase Agreement. A valid PO# is required prior to shipment for most purchases.

Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in saleable condition.

We are temporarily unable to accept returns on orders for EBUS needles placed after 3/16/2026.

How to Return Products

1. Call Customer Care at (888) 978-0232, M–F 8:30–5 ET, to receive authorization for the return.
2. Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.
3. Ship to: Thoracent, Inc., Attn: Returns Department, 181 14th St NE, Suite 425, Atlanta, GA 30309.

Damaged/Defective Items

In rare occurrences, items may arrive damaged or with a manufacturer defect. If this happens, please contact us and we will replace the damaged item at no cost.
